Shipping & trade
Agree the handover point, documents and responsibilities as clearly as the product specification.
Define the delivery responsibility
| Decision | Development position |
|---|---|
| EXW enquiry | Clarify the named place, collection, loading, export handling and which party arranges each activity. |
| FOB enquiry | Confirm that the chosen term fits the mode of transport and specify the named port and responsibilities. |
| Air / courier samples | Agree the contents declaration, documentation, consignee, destination eligibility and who handles import formalities. |
| Commercial shipment | Approve the packing list, invoice, relevant product documents, storage requirements and import responsibilities before dispatch. |
| Door-to-door quotation | State exactly what freight, tax, duty, insurance and customs services are included. No all-market clearance promise is made. |
Plan around the actual pouch
Transport packaging should protect against the conditions agreed for the formula and retail pack. Review carton strength, movement within the carton, lot identification and the relationship between shipping conditions and the stability plan.
Lead time and freight cost are quote-specific. Ingredient readiness, approved artwork, production scheduling, testing and customs responsibilities all affect the delivery plan. Confirm current information when placing an order.
Component logistics
The packaging catalog includes source case-pack, carton and gross / net weight references for 22 can formats. These component values are distinct from a finished-pouch commercial shipment. Confirm dimensions, unit consistency, assembled pack count, protective packing and trade documentation with the current quotation.
Request a delivery assessment
Tell us your destination market, ingredient direction and packaging needs. The team can then assess the scope, sampling route and documentation to quote.
